Yesterday
was inaugurated the promoter centre for exportations,
Nicaexport, that will help to the producers that are
willing to place their products on stores overseas.
The Nicaexport introduction was made by Mr Iván
Saballos Patiño, Executive Director of this
trade institution. The representant Ministry of the
Industry, Foment and Trade, Mifit, Alejandro Argüello
Chousel, said that the no traditional exportations
products are overcoming the others. During the introductory
activity for this new help centee was made an opened
fair for those products that have yesa place in the
outside stores. Nicaexport will attend with no fee
for those exporters that are willing to place their
products internationally, said Mr Patiño for
the readers of La Jornada in English.

Bolaños proposes a referendum |

The Nicaraguan President
Enrique Bolaños Geyer gave the national
economical inform of the year 2005 in front
of the deputies of the National Assembly,
categorized year for different conflicts among
the political people and the partial reforms
to the Political Constitution. Bolaños
proposed that the partial reforms made by
the deputies to the constitution should be
in a referendum in the elections of November,
month that shall be the presidential elections.
He also suggested a reform to the Judicial
Career. The Nicaraguan Chairman extended that
ten years ago, Nicaragua owned the total of
the annual exportations made, and during his
period was paid the 80 per cent of that duty.

supports the referendum |

The Nicaragua Ambassador,
Mr. Paul Trivelli, said that the proposal
made by the President Bolaños, about
a referendum for the constitutional changes
to the Constitution made on December 2004,
has a sense and the Nicaraguan people has
a chance for expressing about these new changes,
said the diplomatic. About the Judicial Reforms
Mr Trivelli, also said is very important to
make a referendum because the laws in this
country are in favour of political parties.
